From Frustration to Foundation

Baker Garrington was born out of Bob’s firsthand frustration with factoring. Years ago, while running his own business, Bob turned to a factoring company for help with cash flow—only to find himself locked into a rigid, two-year contract. He was forced to factor every invoice, whether he needed the cash or not, and hit with fees even when he didn’t use the service. There was no flexibility, no transparency—and no way out.

That experience stuck with him. So when the opportunity to join the industry as a lender, he took it—and rebuilt it from the ground up with one goal: to create the kind of factoring company he wished existed back then.

Today, Baker Garrington stands for everything Bob couldn’t find at the time: clear terms, 30-day agreements, real people you can talk to, and the freedom to factor only what you need. It’s factoring the way it should be—built on trust, flexibility, and a true partnership.
